Went there in 2016-2017, it's very clean and the staff was so nice. A thousand times nicer and more professional than the clinic in Henrico.

I can't speak highly enough of health brigade. I came to them with a desperate need for mental health care, desperately trying to avoid hospitalization because that is an environment that would be completely counterproductive--for me personally. They did everything they could to get me the care that i needed as soon as i qualified for service. Unfortunately circumstances had me move out of state, but they still scheduled me to see my medication doctor when i had to come back into town to wrap up some things in order to bridge my psych med prescription refills until i can get coverage or care in my new state. all of the staff and volunteers never treated me with anything other than the utmost kindness, even when i came in a total basket case or was angry and short with them during depressive episodes. I'm sad to say goodbye when i had to move out of state. I truly hope that i find care in my new home town that I will be able to feel as safe and cared for as I was at health Brigade.

Health brigade is a wonderful organization in Richmond. Whether you are in need of simple knowledge/education the average doc might not offer or are in need of routine testing, support groups or specialty therapy, health brigade makes sure you are comfortable / at ease and given every tool you need for whatever your dealing with. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication to the RVA community. Shout out to Darius - you are a rockstar and made me feel safe and at ease. Thank you!

I’m very grateful to have these resources available in our community! I’ve been going through a lot and they have been beyond helpful, beneficial, and supportive. Thank you all for your help you do in the community! You all had me on the meds I needed quicker than planned parenthood and more affordable while out of pocket. They’ve done a phenomenal job of walking me through an awkward time in my life from considering all options and angles down to helping me find the cheapest pharmacy in my area. Please don’t bash a clinic that will see you without insurance. This is something you don’t want to ruin for those of us who are struggling uninsured and are very grateful to be seen!
